Here we go with a relaunch of the blog. My second attempt at this blog life.

We did get a little picking in at the Conroe Swap Meet this morning.

Our big find, Girl Scout Cookies!! It’s that season again, so support those little dealers whenever you see them. It was really windy and chilly so the turn out was a little lighter than usual. I can’t say I blame them, there was plenty of goodies to be hunted, but somehow that wind and cold takes the fun out of it.

Afterwards we took the Baby Jay on it’s first trip to Galveston.

A little fun at Galveston Island state park never hurt anyone!! The wind is brutal but at least we aren’t in one of those tents. Just can’t beat these beautiful sunsets!! -and after fighting the mosquitos last weekend in High Island, I’ll take it over the mosquitos!! If you haven’t seen the mosquitos on the Texas coast – well they are big enough to carry you away!!
